What Loom Ledger stores
We store account details, portfolio projects, skills, review confirmations, sharing choices, and evidence you upload or link.
AI-assisted suggestions
If you opt in, extracted resume or project text is sent to Google Gemini to suggest Loom skills. You can decline or revoke this option and use local matching instead.
Sharing and reviewers
Evidence is private by default. Public links disclose only the fields you select. Invited reviewers see only the proof item included in their request.
Retention and deletion
Abandoned drafts are retained for up to 30 days, raw accepted evidence for up to 90 days, and delivery diagnostics for up to 90 days. Account deletion is scheduled with a seven-day cancellation period. Backup copies expire under the infrastructure backup schedule.
